Kaieteur Sports – The Berbice Football Association (BFA) Senior Men’s League, sponsored by the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport, continued on Sunday night with Paradise Invaders FC and Trafalgar Titans FC recording impressive victories watched by an energetic crowd.

Paradise recorded 13 goals in two matches as they went on a goal-scoring spree over the weekend.
At the Number 5 Ground, West Coast Berbice on Sunday, Paradise Invaders FC were in attacking mode as they hammered Ithaca FC 7–1 to go top of the points table.
Scoring for Paradise were Keysean Mingo, who opened the scoring, Deon Moriah fired home a hat-trick, Curtland Richmond added a classy brace, while Devon Fraser and Keywan Mingo each chipped in with well-taken goals.
The combination play among Moriah, Richmond, and Fraser overwhelmed an Ithaca side that struggled to contain the pace and intensity of the attack.
The opening contest of the evening resulted in Trafalgar Titans securing a hard-fought 3–1 win over Fyrish Black Sharks FC.
Black Sharks struck first in the 10th minute through Tyrease Gibson, who capitalized on a defensive lapse to give his side a brief lead. However, Trafalgar responded immediately as Jeremy Thornhill found the equalizer in the 11th minute.
The momentum shifted firmly in Trafalgar’s favor before halftime as Enriquez Lewis coolly slotted home in the 42nd minute to make it 2–1. The Titans sealed the victory midway through the second half when DeAndary McKenzie added a third in the 67th minute.
Meanwhile, on Friday at the same venue, Cougars FC went down to Ithaca FC 1-3 while Paradise Invaders got the better of Trafalgar 6-1 in a one-sided affair.
Paradise are currently leading the league on 10 points, followed by Ithaica on 9.
