Glaring ineptitude of a public company
Dear Editor,
Follow up to my letter of October 22 published by SN on an overflowing sewerage chamber.
It is noted the water company promptly responded to a letter writer’s complaint, the same day the letter was published, about the quality of water flowing through taps and pipes in a city community.
In true form the company waxed, informing the public about interventions taken, thereby dispelling the claim of the letter writer.
Unlike my letter stated above, at the time of this letter, there has been no relief or intervention to remedy the disgusting situation occurring on my premises close to a month.
This has to be the most glaring form of ineptitude by a public company.
