Dear Editor,
Kaieteur News – The photos circulating on social media about the condition one party left the Kitty Roundabout post Nomination Day activities, clearly show it is not a win for the party. The small, little things cannot be attended to, like keeping the environment clean,, and the big things are left to ‘very soon’ and ‘very shortly.
While another party had its launch on Sunday, which went into the evening, and a similar state of affairs may have existed, the Roundabout party’s gathering had enough daylight to leave the area clean and tidy.
Still keeping with post ND activities.
I agree with the journalist. Political contenders vying for the top prize must be prepared to face and answer the tough questions from which ever quarter it emanates. This is not dolly house playing. One would have expected the contender to come prepared to give answers to a few questions, after all the presence of the media was to be expected.
The criticisms being heaped on journalists are unfair and seeks to encumber the work of the media/journalists.
Regards,
Shamshun Mohamed
