Sport Ministry to procure CCTV & ICT systems for Berbice Stadium
Kaieteur News- The Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport is preparing to procure and install CCTV and ICT Systems for the Berbice Stadium at Palmyra in Region Six.
At the recent opening of bids at the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB) it was revealed that three firms applied for the contract.
Harrier Project Management bid $30,655,917 while Security Plus bid $25,650,000. The third bidder, Liberty Communications’ documents were incomplete and the amounts were not revealed.
The ministry also tendered for the procurement of ten, 5000 US gallon closed top water tanks for the Berbice Stadium, for which five bidders have applied.
