Diveshwanand Latchman, also known as Adesh, of lot 22 Dundee Village, is accused of killing 30-year-old Parmanand Singh, also known as Mousie, on March 22, 2025.
According to reports, police were alerted around 5:50 PM on March 22 about a chopping incident in Dundee. Upon arrival at the scene, officers found Singh lying in a pool of blood.
