Kaieteur Sports – P&P Insurance Brokers and Consultants Limited recently sponsored the Easter Tennis Camp, organised by the Sheltez Tennis Club. Commencing on March 26th, the camp is scheduled to run for two weeks.
P&P Insurance Brokers has been recognised as a dedicated supporter of sports development in Guyana and has actively backed tennis camps since 2005.
According to a release, the primary aim of the camp is to promote awareness of tennis at the grassroots level, providing young children with an enjoyable yet structured introduction to the sport.
Additionally, it offers current junior players the opportunity to refine their skills in preparation for international competitions.
During a simple ceremony held at the National Racquet Centre, Head Coach of the Sheltez Tennis Club, Kalyca Fraser, met with representatives from P&P for the handover ceremony.
Fraser expressed sincere appreciation to the company for their steadfast support of tennis and the camp.
Jaya Panday, Director of P&P Insurance Brokers, expressed delight in her company’s ongoing commitment to tennis in Guyana and extended best wishes to Fraser for the success of the camp.
