Kaieteur Sports – A sizeable crowd is expected at the Bartica Community Centre ground tonight when unbeaten leaders, Beacons FC put their record on line in a crucial 2nd round clash against defending Champions, Rivers View in the Bartica FA’s Senior Men’s League.
Two points separate the two teams after 9 games apiece, with Beacons at the top of the table on 23 points and Rivers View on 21 points in 3rd place. The first round encounter ended in victory for Beacons who are confident of taking all 3 points again, but the Cup holders are not ready to surrender their title, hence a mouth-watering contest is anticipated.
The opening match slated for 7pm will bring together Agatash FC and Wolves United.
