North Soesdyke, North Ruimveldt and Herstelling B record wins

Kaieteur News – North Soesdyke, North Ruimveldt and Herstelling B recorded victories when the East Bank Demerara Cricket Association SD T20 tournament continued recently.

At Farm, North Soesdyke made 164-7 in 20 overs. Leroy Primo scored 53 off 32 balls with one four and six sixes while S. John made 49 off 22 balls including two fours and five sixes.

Kishan Singh claimed 3-42 and Damion Sam 2-11. Demolition scored 109 all out in 17.1 overs in reply.

Teekram George and Riaz Mohamed made 23 each. Gavin Singh bagged 5-13 and Mark Ramsammy 3-15.

North Ruimveldt batted first and managed 153-7. Ershaad Ali made 40 with two fours and two sixes while Danny Narayan 28. R. Sattaur captured 3-8. Sandpipers responded with 128-7.

Persaud scored 23 and V. Rampersaud 21. Nicholas Bollers took 2-22.

Herstelling A chose to bat and posted 185-5. Rickey Sargeant scored 48 with one four and six sixes and Anand Bharat 36 not out. M. Dhanpaul made 36 as Quazim Yusuf captured 2-38.

Herstelling B scored 189-6 in 19.2 in reply. Jermain Ramroop struck 108 not out which included 10 fours and six sixes and M. Parks 44 with four fours and three sixes. D. Williams took 2-27. The competition continued yesterday.
