Bartica man stabbed to death
Dead Alston Seon.
Kaieteur News – Kaieteur News has been able to confirm the stabbing to death of a Bartica man during the wee hours of Sunday.
The dead man has been identified as Alston Seon also known as “Old Boy” of Agatash, Bartica Region Seven.
Details surrounding the stabbing are sketchy at this time but this newspaper was told that Seon was stabbed by another man on Third Avenue, Bartica, a short distance away from Futu’s Bar.
Seon had gone there to party and had stepped out. While on Third Avenue he got into an altercation with another man and was fatally stabbed. It is unclear if police were able to apprehend the suspect. More details to follow in a subsequent report.
