Was the sale of the Enmore plant advertised?
Dear Editor,
I see the Enmore packaging plant has been sold or leased. Was this advertised? And what are the terms of the sale or lease?
I remember when the PPP got into power they canceled many sale and lease agreements and took legal action against many persons because they said the sale was not advertised and the public was not given the benefit of tendering.
Can Mr. Nandlall advise what is the position here? And are these lands being given out for joint ventures etc. being advertised? Or a few people are giving away the patrimony of this country and maybe collecting money under the table as Mr. Su said?
