Criclanes Sports Academy hosts Shivnarine Chanderpaul

Kaieteur News – Criclanes Sports Academy (Indoor) of New Jersey recently hosted Legend Dr. Shivnarine Chanderpaul, former West Indies captain and recently appointed West Indies Under-19 batting consultant with Jatin Patel, Renown Multi Sport coach, Mentor and Professional Sport Performance analyst for cricket, Soccer and Cricket Hall of Famer.
With 3 decades of experience with many administrative roles in cricket & Soccer, he is “aficionado” in USA Cricket, who also pioneered Cricket scholastic programmes for schools in USA & coaching programmes for the coaches at all levels since 2014.
Mr. Patel conducted 2-day long ACF Level 1 and Level 2 coaches’ clinic for 15 cricket enthusiasts aspiring to become cricket coaches in the future. Coach Jatin Patel shared practical and modern methods for coaching players in a T20 dominant era as a mentor for many cricket coaches globally for all levels since 2014.
CricLanes owners and management Had the honor and privilege to host Legend Shivnarine Chanderpaul, as he was invited as chief Guest for the United States Carrom Association’s Silver Jubilee event in New Jersey.

“Great Pride to be with the legend & cricket expert coach as around 35 kids, boys and girls, had the opportunity to display their cricketing skills and get real-time coaching advice from Mr. Shivnarine Chanderpaul and Coach Patel, while Mr. Shivnarine Chanderpaul shared his coaching tips and philosophy with Criclanes Coach Vishal Patel and gave advice to each player who attended the camp on where to improve their game,” said Hiren Patel, CricLanes Partner.
Shivnarine Chanderpaul cricket academy was launched in 2020 for the elite coaches and potential / talented Players in USA. Shivnarine & Jatin both works together & organized a second large camp for this year, during last summer after Corona lockdowns where they facilitated large camps for Dallas Youth Cricket League in Texas.
Hiren Patel, Bhavin Savaliya and Coach Vishal Patel from Criclanes presented Shivnarine Chanderpaul and Coach Jatin Patel with plaques for spending their valuable time coaching players and training coaches and for their contribution to cricket in USA.
