The Berbice Cricket Board/ Zulfikar Mustapha Under15 tournament continued last week in the Ancient County with several promising players putting in outstanding performances. The tournament is currently at the round robin stage with eighteen teams vying for a place in the Quarter-finals. Two teams would advance from Zone A (West Berbice) and three from Zone B (New Amsterdam/Canje) and Zone C (Lower/ Upper Corentyne).
Sterling performances with the bat came from T. Conelley 52, Tulsieram Ramcharran 74, Doren George 111, while outstanding bowling performances came from A. Khan 4 for 21, A. Bacchus 4 for 28, Ravin Budhwa 5 for 10, T. Conelley 5 for 24, Romario Ramdehol 5 fpr 24, D. Persaud 4 for 24, Romario Ramdehol 6 for 9, Justin Doobay 6 for 20, Aaron Craig 4 for 19.
