DEAR EDITOR,
The revelation now that the flaring cap, as was given by a very senior executive, was false, begs the question, just what was the intended purpose and outcome of this false information? This must be explained.
The same senior executive too, promised daily reports would be released to the media.
From reports, this is not happening.
This too must be explained.
