Good Success face Zeelandia, SS Jaguars and Sans Souci battle as Bel Air Rubis
Good Success will face Zeelandia while Sans Souci Jaguars will play Sans Souci when the Wakenaam Cricket Committee/Bel Air Rubis and Trophy Stall T20 competition continues today at the Wakenaam Community Centre ground.
The teams will be looking to start the season on a positive note and inch closer to a semi final spot.
Good Success will be led by all-rounder Imran Khan and include experience all-rounders Wazir Khan and Nazeer Mohamed.
The youthful Mahase Ramnarine and Ejaz Mohamed can be dangerous at the top of the order and support is expected to come from Devendra Hansraj and Tulsieram Ramadeen. Zeelandia will depend heavily on Navishaul Pooran and Saja Jaadookool for a decent start with the bat, while Ryan Atkinson and Gaspaul Gangaram are useful all-rounders.
The second fixture of the day is expected to provide much excitement. Sans Souci Jaguars have had a wonderful last season and will look to add to their collection of victories. On the other hand, Sans Souci have a balanced team and they must not be taken lightly. Siddiq Mohamed is at the helm of the Jaguars unit which includes Gladewin Henry, Safraz Mohamed and Zameer Zaman and Nokta Moses. Wayne Osborne, Seon Venture, Cleon Venture and Devon Rambaran will lead Sans Souci challenges.
The opening game will bowl off at 9:30hrs, while the second game will commence at 13:30hrs.
