The Mazaruni Inter Zone football tournament commenced last night.
Upper Mazaruni District competition in 2020, saw Paruima females playing against Waramadong females and at 19:00hrs, while Paruima males battle Waramadong males at 20:50hrs.
The competition continues today with Kamarang and Isseneru playing the female division at 20:00hrs before both teams face off in the males segment from 10:00hrs. The winners from each group will contest the finals.
The 2020 Upper Mazaruni district tournament will be played in Kako.
