Dear Editor,
My letter in your column dated November 4th, 2019 was captioned “Customer Satisfaction is first”.
I am very much pleased with our telecommunications company (GTT) for giving top priority to my phone line service.
Despite the bad weather, the head of the Engineering Department and his crew came and fixed the problems within hours. He proved his professionalism.
Hats off to Kaieteur News. We are back together.
