The recent allegation of serious compromise (KN dated Sept 11th, 17th, and Oct 4th) and acts of alleged collusion and corruption within the GFC Monitoring Unit and individuals especially associated with it, seems to fall on deaf ears. In most civilize state Public Officials are held to upkeep strong accountability.
In Guyana and particular the GFC, this does not seem to be the case. When the APNU/AFC Government came in power in 2015 a number of public officials were placed under scrutiny for acts of alleged wrongdoing and corruption under the PPP/C administration.
I would, therefore, urge that similar investigations be done particularly within the monitoring unit of the GFC and in particular those forces that are turning a blind eye to this blatant act of wrongdoing at the GFC. By this, I mean the Board, Commission, and Ministry.

T. Williams
