Defending Champs Sophia Girls are to play in this year finals after defeating Enterprise as play continues in the Sports Officer, A. Munroe organised 22nd Annual AL Sport & Tour Promotions End of School Year Edward Cobenna Memorial Primary Schools Windball Cricket champions Trophy tournament.
Other schools to have done so are Mae’s and Saint Pius.
Enterprise after been send in to bat scored 59-3, with (GG) Gemacy Gittens hitting 22, (6s-3) and Allegro Williams 14. Bowling for Sophia, Kaizianna Thompson took 2 -14 and L. Stanford 1 wkt.
Sophia in their turn in the middle reached their target 62-1 winning off the last ball. Aaliyah Barrington scored 22 (4s-4), K Thompson 16 and Latifah Stanford 14.
