Yesterday was such a proud moment for the staff of Guyana Aviation Services Incorporated (GASI) after a brand new 10GLS refu
eler truck was commissioned, and added as part of the new aircraft delivery family.
But this wasn’t just all the glory that the company had to bask in. GASI was honored to relate that the company has a record of zero oil spills and environmental incidents, with the inclusion of impeccable audit records.

company provides fuel for local and international aircraft at (CJIA).
The company was incorporated on January 1, 2015. It is currently involved in the importation, marketing and distributing of aviation jet fuel to customers. At present, GASI’s storage capacity is 11,309 Barrels, between the company’s Timehri and Providence locations.
The company’s fleet comprises one Road Tank Wagon (RTW) and two refuelers.
Chief Executive Officer of GUYOIL, Renatha Exeter, noted that this commissioning came at a pivotal time for Guyana because the country is expecting to see exponential growth in the aviation industry with the inclusion of the oil and gas sector.
She added that this commissioning signifies that the GASI is “ready, equipped and well positioned.”
The operations that are guided by a group of international industry standards, with their external operations managed and scrutinized by the Guyana Energy Agency (GEA), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Guyana Fire Service (GFS), Guyana Civil Aviation Authority (GCCA), and the airport authority.
The commissioning was hosted by the company’s CEO and chairman, an aviation safety specialist and staff members of the company.
