Corona Futsal tourney Group round-robin actions kicks off tonight

The anticipated group stage, round-robin action begins tonight in the fourth annual Corona futsal tournament that will see over $1million in cash and prizes being handed out to the top teams.
Twelve teams have been divided into three groups following the initial two nights of elimination matches in the tournament that is being contested at the National Gymnasium on Mandela Avenue. Those teams are: Tucville, North East la Penitence, Leopold Street, Back Circle, Sparta Boss, Bent Street, California Square, West Front Road, Mocha, Future Stars, Beacons and Tiger Bay.
The teams which come out on top in the group stages will be awarded as follows: first $40,000; second $30,000; third $15,000, and fourth $10,000, as an added incentive.
In the grand finale, first place winner will receive $500,000, while second place will pocket $250,000. Third place will cop a $125,000 prize; while fourth will have to settle for $75,000.
