Please allow me to bring to the attention of the Management of G.W.I what happens to a one micron filter after two days of instillation.
G.W.I carried out a disconnection exercise in Kitty on the 17. 2 .2019 and it was made clear to customers that if no bill was received, it is the duty of the customer to visit the office. So it is equally correct that it is the duty of G.W.I to provide quality water to its customers.
Please note this customer last bill was due on the 15. 1. 2019 and it was paid on the 16. 1. 2019 and yet I was disconnected and was forced to pay a re-connection fee of $7,500.00. Could G.W.I say if that is correct?
A G.W.I Customer
