You, our customers, gave us your feedback, and we have taken action to make doing business with us easier and more straightforward. With just a few clicks, you are able to manage your accounts, make enquiries and apply for services.
Three new customer-friendly features include: MyGTT; GTT’s Support Page; Live Chat
MyGTT
My GTT has two components – the MyGTTmobile app and the MyGTT Web portal. The app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store or iOS App Store on any android and iOS device. And for those of you who may not have a smartphone, but have access to a tablet or computer, the web portal performs the same functions as the app and is simple to navigate using any web browser by typing http://bit.ly/mygttweb.
Registering to use these services is very simple. All you need is an email address and go to http://bit.ly/mygttweb. So why would you not make use of these services?
With My GTT you have 24-hour access to their accounts from anywhere and are able to:
• View and download current and previous bills.
• Manage multiple accounts in one view.
• Pay bills using Visa/MasterCard.
• Set bill reminders.
• Purchase c-point and Add-ons (bundles, SMS, data and voice).
MyGTT empowers you. No longer do you have to wait untilyour billsare delivered via the postal service to find out what is owed. With 24-hour access,you are able to monitor usage which can result in savings. Being able to do this means that you can stay within their budget and also save time. The embarrassment of disconnection can also be avoided because bills are emailed and the option to set reminders is available; therefore, you are more likely to remember to pay on time. There is also no need to stand in lines to pay bills or to purchase c-point and bundles as all can be done through the web portal or the app.
GTT’s Support Page
We are living in an age where conservation is essential. Whether it is paper, plastic or metal, the less we generate the better it is for the environment and ultimately the preservation of the Earth. Consequently, the GTT Support Page provides a paperless channel for customers to do business with the company, as is also the case with MyGTT app and web portal.
You can apply for Blaze, DSL and Landline services by using the Support Page. By visiting the website www.gtt.co.gy and clicking the support tab, you can start the process.
In addition to being able to apply for services online, you can also report issues, discontinue service, change internet plans, perform speed tests, transfer service and update their account information. And again, this can be done from anywhere at any time and after completing any transaction an email is sent and the status of one’s transaction can be checked at any time with the Live Chat Agents.
Live Chat
Live Chat is available seven days a week from 8am to 6pm. This system was set up as an alternative to calling or going to the store for queries of any sort. Live Chat does not only make it convenient for you to be in touch with GTT, it also reinforces how valuable you are to us and our commitment to ensuring that your voices are heard.
And what is also noteworthy about Live Chat, is that differently abled persons, especially those who might not be able to call, can take advantage of it. And though it is available ten hours a day, after hours you can leave a message and a specialist will respond to your query the next business day.
