Community service for E’bo man
A man who was charged with the possession of narcotics on the Essequibo Coast, was last Thursday fined and sentenced to two months of community service.
Sheldon Patterson, 24, of Zorg, Essequibo Coast, made his first appearance before Magistrate Esther Sam in the Suddie Magistrate’s Court last Thursday.
Patterson was arrested and charged with the offence of Possession of Narcotics. To the charge he pleaded guilty and was fined $4,500 and ordered to perform two months’ community service.
