A seriously wounded man would turn up at the Georgetown Public Hospital, forcing the authorities to call in the police. The wound would turn out to be a gunshot injury.
The problem would be to determine how the man came by the injury since he wouldn’t say. However, investigators would ascertain that he was shot by a colleague, accidentally, during the preparation for a robbery.

Another home invasion on the west side would leave a family surprised. The homeowners would be away and an opportunistic burglar would seize the opportunity.
Neighbours would know the burglar but they would remain silent until an approach by the home owner who would have lost jewellery in the invasion.
