F Division defeated D Division by seven runs when the Guyana Police Force, Commissioner of Police Inter Division, Department T20 tournament continued recently at Eve Leary.
Batting first, F Division managed 155 all out in 20 overs. Lennox Andrews struck 44, Shiveshwar Sankar 17 and Leon Crawford 16; Devon Archer claimed 4-33 and Floyd Halls 3-35.
D Division responded with 148 -8. Adrian Welcome made 44, Denny Harry 33 and Boodnarine Lallbachan 21. Sankar claimed 4-33 and Trevor Benn 1-8.
Officers took first strike and managed 120-9 with Mark Gonsalves scoring 26, Omesh Arjune 20 and Ronald Ally 15.
Stephon Johnson had 3-27, Ronotta Gorsvenor 2-23 and Kewsi Abrams 2-23. C Division responded with 121-3 in 98.5 overs. Jermaine Bagott made 37 and Joel Chisholm 33.
