Chairman and Chief Instructor of the Korean International Martial Arts Guyana
(KIMAG), Mr. Roland Eudoxie, last Friday, spearheaded Grading Exercises at the organisation.
Seven members of KIMAG were tested during the Grading Exercises under the Korean Martial Arts (TANG SOO DO), testing for their 9th GUP YELLOW BELT. The students were all taken through both theory and practical and also on their fitness level. They also accumulated additional points based on their discipline at training, school, home and demonstrating their ability to earn a total of 260 & 300 points respectively.
Scores are as follows:
Age 6-8yrs Required Total (260 Pts)
1. Omarian Hart – 253
2. Balian Urling – 249
3. Jabari Jacobs – 232
Age 9&Above- Required Total (300pts)
1. Theon Manawar-Khan – 283
2. Omari Hart – 273
3. Rehanna Urling – 269
4. René Urling – 263
Special thanks were extended to Shidanshi Bertram Williams and Orlando Cummings who assisted with the grading exercise.
