Everest Cricket Club has extended congratulations to all-rounder Bhaskar Yadram for his success on his recent tour to South Africa and Zimbabwe with the West Indies U-19 team.
Yadram, who hails from Enterprise on the East Coast of Demerara, was voted man-of-the-series in both tournaments which the regional side won.
The club, in a release stated that Yadram is a very dedicated and determine cricketer who is always willing to learn. “His passion for the game was seen at a very young age and members of the club happy with his achievement. We hope that this will motivate other young members of the club and we wish him well in the future”, the release further stated.
Yadram and Joshua Persaud of GNIC SC were the Guyanese on tour, and are both expected to join the Guyana U-19 team in the regional tournament currently being played in St. Kitts.
