Following his best ever international performance where he won silver
last year, Men’s Physique athlete, Yannick Grimes is preparing to return to the Twin Island Republic of Trinidad and Tobago and is intent to go all the way this time around.
The multi talented athlete who is a member of Buddy’s Gym and was on Sunday last crowned the overall Intermediate Classic winner at the Guyana Amateur Powerlifting Federation / Fitness Express Intermediate/Masters Championships has been able to use the strength sports much to his advantage.
Speaking with Kaieteur Sport, Grimes informed that he is training hard to win this time around but would only be able to realize is dream provided he raises the required funds to make the trip possible.
The 2017 edition of the Sportsworld Classic Invitational is set for Saturday June 24th at the NAPA in Frederick Street, POS, T&T.
The Men’s and Women’s Physique, Women’s Figure, Bikini, Lightweight, Middleweight, Light Heavyweight and Heavyweight are the categories that athletes will contest.
