B Division Police receive brand new Prison truck

The police in B Division are now in a better position to transport prisoners around the county having been presented with anew Fuso Prison truck. The truck will assist greatly with transporting remand prisoners to various locations to and from court in the vast Berbice County.
Berbice, which is divided into East and West Berbice, has one prison, 12 courts and a number of police stations to service. The truck will complement an older one which will be sent to West Berbice.
