(Kaieteur News) – Pegasus Suites, the newer owner of Pegasus Hotel, has officially joined the Hyatt family as an Affiliated Hotel, operating under the new name Atlantic Suites Hotel, Chief Executive Officer,. Robert Badal announced on Thursday.

The 80-suite hotel, located at Pegasus Corporate Centre, will initially be marketed as an independent property under the Hyatt Affiliated designation. According to the announcement, the hotel plans to transition further into the Hyatt Regency lifestyle brand and join the World of Hyatt loyalty programme in 2028, once an adjacent 170-room tower currently in development is completed.

“We are excited at this transition to the Hyatt family and the opportunity it presents in serving the Business and Leisure travellers with trusted hospitality of the highest level,” said Badal.

The affiliation gives guests at Atlantic Suites Hotel access to the recognition and standards associated with the global Hyatt chain, while the hotel works toward full brand integration as its expansion moves forward.
