A 23-year-old man is said to be in a stable condition at the New Amsterdam Public
Hospital after he was involved in an accident yesterday.
Rovin Behari, of Fort Ordinance Housing Scheme, East Canje, was picked up in an unconscious state by public-spirited citizens and rushed to the medial institution after he lost control of his motor car and crashed it into a utility pole.
According to reports, around 3:00 pm, Behari was proceeding north along the East Canje public road at a fast rate. He lost control of his car bearing registration number PKK 8119.
Eyewitnesses disclosed that Behari grazed a parked car then crashed into a utility pole before toppling several times and landing on the parapet of the Rose Hall Estate Compound. He was rushed to the hospital and family members were informed.
