Dear Editor,
I refer to my letter about unsatisfactory customer service at a Digicel store published October 31st, 2016. I must commend the relevant authorities from the Digicel head office who contacted me and looked into the matter expeditiously -having my issue resolved by converting the money spent for my sim cards into minutes which was added to my phone. Thanks to you for allowing my letter to be published. And also to the manager and customer service head which dealt with the matter professionally. “Now that’s best for Business”.
