Two children died in a fire that started in the most unlikely of places – a home for children. This is going to haunt the government more than anyone else. Now there is going to be a rush to inspect electrical wiring and fittings at such homes.

The police are going to solve yet another cold case crime. This time the prime suspect would be held as soon as he returns from overseas. He had fled to neighbouring Suriname then moved on to Cayenne. A problem with immigration there would cause him to run to Guyana. That would be to the benefit of the local police.

There are still the petty thieves who grab people’s property and two of them would be arrested. But the focus would shift to a location on the west coast where the police are going interrupt a drug deal. Then the authorities are going to get information that one of their own would attempt to subvert the course of justice.
