The Education Ministry has a favourite printer
Dear Editor,
To the Ministry of Education I want you to look into this matter as early as possible. A certain person (name supplied) is the only man that gets all the printing work from the Ministry of Education especially Region #4. This man does not have a printer. His friend does his printing for him. He has friends in the Region 4 network. Give the printer work to those who have printing facilities
