Pele FC to observe 45th Anniversary
Pele Football Club has planned a number of activities in celebration of its 45th Anniversary starting on March 26 with U15 and U17 matches which will see Stella Maris Playing St. Stephens in an all female affair followed by Pele Masters facing Overseas Veterans and Pele Elite clashing with Alpha United Elite at the GFC ground.
On March 27, the club will host youth fun day, while on Tuesday March 29 the organisation will present bags to several schools followed by a coaching seminar on Wednesday March 30 at the above named venue.
On Thursday March 31, the club will engage Santos U15 and U17 before the veterans and Elite of both clubs clash. On Friday April 1, they will stage an essay competition with the winner receiving a computer and scholarship; the second and third place finisher will also be rewarded. The activities will conclude on April 1 with a Banquet at Georgetown Club.
