All of a sudden it is a game of cat and mouse. The game is played by the criminals and the law enforcement authorities. Right now a group is planning an attack on a city location, because the group members believe that the police would not respond quickly.
I hasten to say that on this occasion the police would be there.

There will be a drowning. A group seeking fortunes in the interior would encounter problems when they move from one location to another. The rains would not help. The boat would hit turbulent waters and capsize.

Road accidents are never far away so it would not come as a surprise when a vehicle crashes in the dead of night into a stationary object. The driver would be intoxicated. Just another casualty.
