Dear Editor,
Permit me to laud you on your exemplary reporting of the news to not only he Guyanese populace but the diaspora at large. However, on a point of concern I must point out that in so many cases, the following pattern exists. For example, in the recently reported case of the newly-delivered mother placed on life support following a diagnosis of placenta accreta, we are still left wondering as to the outcome of this situation. Who selects what is reported on, and what follow- up reporting is eventually done? The interest of the public cannot be toyed around with or fall victims to the whims and caprices of the newspaper. Your consideration to this issue is humbly requested. Yvonne Sam
