Was Jaundoo case the reason Guyana left the Privy Council?

I recently stumbled across an extract from a podcast which appeared on the Guyana Business Journal and Magazine Facebook page. In the extract, the learned attorney Timothy Jonas referenced a case in which he said an individual’s land was seized for the purpose of constructing a road. The individual sought redress in the local high court and subsequently in Guyana’s Court of Appeal, but was unsuccessful in both courts. The matter was then taken to the Privy Council, where the individual succeeded.
What particularly caught my attention was the suggestion that this case was the reason the Burnham Government withdrew Guyana from the jurisdiction of the Privy Council.
I am wondering whether the case to which Mr. Jonas referred was Jaundoo v. Attorney-General of Guyana.
I would be grateful if Mr. Timothy Jonas could clarify whether Jaundoo v. Attorney-General of Guyana was indeed the case being referenced or if it was some other case.
