‘Maximum Sport, Combat and Strength’ television programme with Black Belt karateka, Maxwell Massiah, which sensitizes the public of the intricacies of the karate, boxing, martial arts, judo, arm-wrestling, powerlifting, bodybuilding, rugby, and the many other combat disciplines and aired on National Communication Network 11 (NCN 11), will be celebrating its one year anniversary.
Massiah will host Guyanese world renowned bodybuilder, Laura Crevalle for a series of activities to commemorate the programme.
Consequently, the organizers have planned a seminar for Wednesday June 3 at the National Cultural Centre starting at 18:30hrs. Registration has commenced and entrance fee is $2000. Ms Creavalle will not only share her vast wealth of knowledge and expertise, but also interact physically with the audience on various forms of beneficial exercise and diet for athletes and competitors and the general public.
Further, there will be karate & self defense demonstrations, a male and female curling competition and other forms of inspiring entertainment, to compliment activities.
