GCA congratulates new administration
Georgetown Cricket Association (GCA) has joined sports orgainsations coming forward to offer congratulations to the country’s new administration headed by President David Granger who was sworn into office on Saturday.
In a release from the GCA, the organisation stated that; “The Executives and Members of the Georgetown Cricket Association sends heartiest congratulations to his Excellency, President David Granger, Prime Minister-elect Moses Nagamootoo and the APNU+AFC COALITION on their ascent to the Government of this beloved country of ours.”
“We look forward to leadership by example, leadership with morality, leadership with dignity, tolerance, respect and most of all, integrity; also leadership that will forge the unity of Guyanese of all races and creed and allow this potentially great nation to attain the heights that it is capable of. May God bless our beloved Guyana, may God bless our government, “the release concluded.
