Director-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, after more than 30 years of service, on Wednesday said goodbye to her staff and the Minister.
Harper (centre, front row) poses with her colleagues at the Ministry.
The official, a few weeks ago, accepted an offer to be the Prime Ministerial candidate for the ruling People’s Progressive Party/Civic for the May 11 general elections.
Under regulations, Harper had to step down from her post in order to participate in the elections.
