– Cayman Islands battle Mexico for North Zone crown
Cayman Islands and Trinidad and Tobago were the latest countries to register victories in the North American & Caribbean Rugby Association (NACRA) 15’s Tournament recently.
Playing in the North Zone, Cayman Islands edged USA South 25-24 to set up a clash with Mexico on April 11 with the Mexicans needing just a draw to finish as the zone champs.
The Mexicans go into the zone final with a superior plus 25 points advantage.
Trinidad and Tobago (T&T) continued its mastery over Barbados with a 44-7 thumping and needs just a draw against reigning champions Guyana to capture the South Zone title.
The Trinidadians enter the zone final with a huge plus 37 points advantage. This fixture is set for April 11 as well.
