Speed Boat defeated Country Side by 19 runs in the Open final. Batting first, Speed Boat managed 80 without loss off their allotted five overs. Greg Singh slammed 50 (2×4,5×6). Country Side replied with 61-5 in five overs. Sachin Ramcharran struck 35.
In the Over-40 segment, Floodlights overcame Regal Masters by eight wickets in an exciting fixture. Regal scored 96-3 in 10 overs, taking first strike. Eric Thomas slammed 40, Eon Abel made 17 and Raymond Harper 14. Ramesh Narine took 2-11. Floodlights responded with 97-2 in 10 overs. Yunnis Yusuf led with 50 (4×4,3×6) and John Sumair made 15 not out. Harper and Shaheed Mohamed picked up one wicket each.
Speed Boat pocketed $50,000 and Country Side $15,000 in the open division, while Floodlights took home $50,000 and Regal Masters $15,000.
