The Seeram family, who lost a relative recently, is seeking answers from the doctors who had attended to the mother of four. The mother died one day after she was admitted a patient at the Suddie Public Hospital, reportedly with a fever.
A post mortem report revealed that Seeram died from infection of the lungs.
The 42-year-old Deowattie Seeram, a mother of four, died one day after she was hospitalized. Seeram’s death has shocked her immediate family. Her brother, Seeram, only name given, says that he wants answers from the doctors who would have treated his sister at the Suddie Public Hospital on September 24, last, the day before she died.
Seeram had explained that he was informed of his sister’s death after he received a telephone call from his mother-in-law. The distressed man said that he cannot come to grips with the sudden death of his sister, since from his understanding; his sister was admitted and treated for a fever. Seeram said that his sister was a diabetic. That day her sugar level was reportedly high.
Seeram said he can only claim that his sister’s death is as a result of wrong or inappropriate medication administered to his sister by the doctors.
