I refer to the Special Person article which appeared in your publication of Sunday 21st September 2014.
I thank you for publishing the beautiful and heart-warming story concerning Dr. Mayda Grajales. I also congratulate and thank Dr. Mayda for her dedicated services to Guyana in the commonly misunderstood area of mental health.
On behalf of all Guyanese I also thank Dr. Mayda for the love she has so generously expressed for our country and I wish her happiness and success both in her life and in her chosen profession.
