How is it that the National Assembly, including Attorney General, Anil Nandlall, voted unanimously for the Local Government Commission Bill and then advises the President that it is unconstitutional?
He should resign.
Editor, would the Honourable Minister kindly indicate what constitutional provision is there for the Clerk of the National Assembly to send the Bills voted for in the House to the Attorney General before it is sent to the President for his assent or non assent.
