No confidence in the chief education officer

Dear Minister,
We hereby write to express our no confidence in the actions of the Chief Education Officer Mr. Olato Sam. He is very neglectful and reluctant to make a decision to revoke the appointment of the Deputy Head teacher of Wisburg Secondary School.
An investigation by the Region Ten Education Officer, Jennifer Bourne, proved that she acquired this position through the submission of a false appraisal grade.
On Tuesday, a team comprising the Regional Education Officer, Mrs. Jennifer Bourne; Mrs. Sonia Fraser DEO Secondary; and Ms. Carol Benjamin, DEO Primary; visited the Wisburg Secondary School to conduct an investigation into the alleged false appraised grade.
The other persons present were the Head teacher Mrs. Susan Rhius, the Deputy Head teacher Acting Ms. Roulette Bacchus, and the defendant Mrs. Coleen Michael.
The investigation revealed that the teacher submitted a false appraisal grade for the academic year, September 2011 to July 2012 although she was not appraised for the period because of prolonged absence from September 2011 to May 2012.
The teacher and the Head teacher were asked to submit written reports to the Regional Education Officer Region 10. Subsequently ‘contact’ was made by a renowned Alliance to Change Political Activist Ms. Minerva Munroe of the New Silver City Secondary School of Region10 to Mr. Olato Sam pleading on her behalf and trying to convince him that the newly appointed Deputy to the Wisburg Secondary School status be maintained.
The teacher is also broadcasting that politics run things and that Mr. Olato Sam is going to ensure that she maintains the position. Why is it that the Chief Education Officer must be implicated in such an unscrupulous act? How can we the parents of Region #10 trust the Chief Education Officer if he is indeed in support of such malpractices, and wickedness.
A group of children of the said Wisburg Secondary School committed an act of injustice against a teacher. Eight students were then expelled from the Wisburg Secondary School. They were denied free education. No mercy was granted to them. No one tried to reform them or counsel them for their wicked acts. They were ‘kicked out.’ Mr. Olato Sam signed those letters of expulsion.
Now, Mr. Olato Sam is implicated in shading that teacher and has her function as the Deputy Head Teacher of the Wisburg Secondary School. No confidence in the Chief Education Officer Mr. Olato Sam. When student commit crimes they are punish. When teachers commit crimes they must be freed. Ms. Minister If, no justice is granted we the parents are going to expose the corruption in the Education Sector in Guyana.

P.S. THIS TEACHER HAS EVEN OPENLY SAID TO COLLEAGUES THAT MR. SAM HAS TOLD HER THAT HE IS WAITING OUT THE PRESENT REGIONAL EDUCATION OFFICER MRS. BOURNE.
