Everest Cricket Club AGM set for Saturday
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Everest Cricket Club will be held on Saturday 16th, February 2013 at 17:30 hrs at the club’s pavilion.
Ordinary members are reminded that only those who have paid their full membership subscription for the year 2013 and settled all outstanding dues including bar bills up to Dec 31, 2012 will be allowed entry and to participate in the elections. Associate members are not allowed to participate.
Kindly note also that no provision will be made to receive subscriptions/dues on the day of the Elections i.e. February 16th, 2013. Members are therefore advised to ensure that all subscriptions/dues are paid on or before February 15, 2013.
