Bahamas arrests two Guyanese, three others in cocaine find
(Nassau, Bahamas) – Five people, including three Bahamians, ages 56, 45 and 32 along with two Guyanese, ages 28 and 26, are in police custody after they were found in possession of a large quantity of cocaine.
Preliminary reports indicate that around 17: 00 hrs on Sunday, last, officers of the Drug Enforcement Unit acting on information proceeded to Bayshore Marina, East Bay Street, where they discovered the drugs.
The drugs weighed 10 pounds and have an estimated street value of eighty thousand ($80,000) dollars. Active police investigations continue. (eleutheranews.com)
