Dear Editor,
I am very annoyed and disgust with the manner in which NIS Bartica has been operating for the  past months. I am a Government worker and was on maternity leave for three months.
I’m already back to work and to date I haven’t received a penny from NIS. All I’m been told is the system is down.
I was told that it has been like that since March of this year. I have bills to pay. What do they expect people to do all this time?
I would like the relevant authorities to please look into the matter so that all those who are affected can get some financial stability in their life.
